Terminal A Orlando Airport (MCO)

MCO Terminal A is home of Airsides 1 and 2.

Terminal A facilities are located on the north side of the North Terminal Complex.

Levels

Terminal A Orlando Airport or Side A consists of three levels:

First level

Ground Transportation.

including car rentals, and baggage claim area (8A).

USO Welcome Center is located in this level.

Second level

Find here the Baggage claim with carousels 1-16.

Pick up point for rideshare apps.

Third level

This is the Ticketing level.

Note that this level is divided by the ticket counters and boarding gates.

Downstairs, find the Food Court, where food, drink and retail options are available.

Services: Currency exchange, information desks, phones, restrooms, bars and restaurants, nursing rooms, lounges, among others.

Find access to boarding gates 1-29, Airside 1, to the west and gates 100-129, Airside 2, to the east by automated people movers (APM).

Please note that there are separate security checkpoints for each airside.

Access to the parking areas through Passenger Side A.

Airside Concourses

At Terminal A, Airside 1 and 2 host the following gates:

- Airside 1: Gates 1-29.

- Airside 2: Gates 100-129.

Each airside has its own services and amenities.

Distance inside the terminal

Distances in that terminal can be huge. Please, check walking times here: 

Walking times from security check to gates: 

Time to Airside 1 (gates 1-29): About 5 -10 minutes through people mover. 
Time to Airside 2 (gates 100-129): About 5 -10 minutes through people mover.

Transfer between terminals

Passengers can transfer from the Main Terminal to the airside satellites 1 to 4 by frequent and free of use automated people movers (APM).

Travel time

Transfer times vary according to the headed airside.

APM Station is located on Level 3 of the Main Terminal.

USO Welcome Center: Terminal A, Level 1. Open from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm for active members of the US military and families, the USO has at their disposal an equipped lounge with a wide number of services and amenities such as Snacks, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Children’s area, Internet terminals. Please note it is a non-smoking facility.
